Booking Conditions

In order to meet the requirements of the National Clean Air Gold Award
and to provide satisfactory smokefree conditions for all guests we request that guests
do not smoke in the guesthouse or grounds including the front area and car park.

Anyone found smoking in the rooms will be asked to leave and charged for the entire booking.

Extra payment may be charged for the days we are subsequently unable to let
the room to other guests and for any cost of damage to or cleaning of carpets or curtains.

Payment will be taken from the card used to reserve or pay for the room.

Any discounts given for Vegetarian/Vegan Society/Viva members will be taken off the total price stated,

A deposit of Ł30 per person per room is required to reserve rooms if paying by cheque.

Details of a credit or debit card will be accepted instead of a cheque.

Please give at least three days notice of cancellation.

Otherwise a charge of Ł30 per person per night will be made unless the room is re-let.

If anyone booking by giving card details does not show Ł30 per person per night
will be charged to the card, unless the room is re-let.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

Receipt of a deposit or card details will be deemed acceptance of these conditions.

Anyone booking a room is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
